Our venue, Alliance Point Social Events, is fully equipped to accommodate your event needs, ensuring every gathering is both comfortable and memorable. Our offerings include a generous assortment of chairs and tables, a kitchenette, two TVs, WiFi, two bathrooms, and LED lighting to create the perfect setting for your event. Alliance Point Social Events offers ample free parking options to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests. Situated in a strip mall, our venue boasts a large parking lot capable of accommodating over 40 vehicles, effectively eliminating any parking availability concerns. Furthermore, additional parking is conveniently accessible across the street at a casino, providing even more options for your guests. This blend of on-site and nearby parking options ensures that arriving at and departing from your event at Alliance Point Social Events is effortless for all attendees.

OVERTIME: Per Alliance Point Social Events policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file per Alliance Point Social Events policy.

FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS: No smoking is allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

At Alliance Point Social Events, we understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. Should you need to cancel your booking, we offer the ability to move your date one time, provided that the original date is not met due to unforeseen circumstances. However, please note that any payments made toward the booking are not refundable.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Alliance Point Social Events has implemented strict health protocols to ensure guest safety. We clean and sanitize the space before each booking, provide hand washing stations with soap, warm water, and hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, and ensure that common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances are thoroughly cleaned.
